A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Rozita, a qualified counsellor with 5 years of experience helping individuals find their way through difficult emotions and situations. Prior to becoming a counsellor, I worked in mental health for nearly a decade as a support worker.

In my spare time I recharge through walks in nature and appreciating life’s small moments—something I encourage my clients to explore too.

I know from experience that healing begins when you feel truly heard and supported without fear of judgment. That’s why I’m committed to providing that space for you.

FAQ

Not sure what to expect? Reaching out can feel difficult, so here are some answers to common questions to help you get started.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person is different. Some people find a few sessions helpful, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll regularly review your progress and needs together.

No preparation is needed. Just come as you are. If you’d like, you can think about what’s been on your mind or what you hope to get from counselling.

I work with clients facing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, and work-life balance challenges, among other concerns. If you’re unsure whether counselling is right for you, feel free to reach out.

That’s completely okay! Many people start counselling feeling unsure of what to expect. I’ll guide you through the process at a pace that feels right for you.

Yes, confidentiality is a key part of counselling. Everything we discuss stays between us, except in rare cases where safety is a concern. I’ll explain this fully in our first session.

I offer flexible appointment times. Sessions can be booked Thursday 11am-6PM (Face to Face) and Monday -Thursday 10am-6PM (Online/Remote). Contact me to check current availability.

I provide both in person and online sessions, depending on what suits you best. Let me know your preference, and we’ll find an option that works for you.
